Listening before solution
MaryJane was patient with my frustrations. There is always the dance you do with call centre helpers about mapping out the steps you have taken and indicating where you want to get to...assuming you know all of that. Once I got the inner godadddy solutions guru turned off and I could describe my problem clearly, we arrived fairly painlessly at a solution. Thanks largely to MayJane's patience.

Great GoDaddy Service
A customer's experience is 100% dependent on the service and confidence a customer has in your products. In turn most of that is really dependent on your "front line" reps who interact with the customers. They are the ones taxed with delivering (in terms of explaining products and their value to the customer) as well as providing stellar customer service in the process. My rep did all that and more. He really went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went through. We encountered MULTIPLE technical issues during the process. After exhausting everything we could think of, the verification department was called on with no success. I again had to call my bank only to hear "no payment attempts came in from GoDaddy". My rep never gave up or lost his cool. He remained pleasant and patient to the bitter end (an hour and a half later). I really hope GoDaddy knows what an asset he is to your company and that he will receive proper recognition for the outstanding job he does.
